1. To confirm and secure your reservation and chosen date, payment is required in advance.
2. A detailed invoice will be provided for any missing or damaged lawn display items, and you will be responsible for the associated costs.
3. It is important to refrain from playing, sitting, or leaning around the displays. We kindly request your assistance in encouraging individuals, especially children, to avoid any activities that may cause damage. Please treat all displays with respect and refrain from moving any items. Additionally, balloons should not be attached to any part of the display.
4. If you have a lawn crew scheduled, we kindly ask that you arrange for their services to be completed prior to our set-up time.
5. While we encourage you to take memorable photos next to the display, we kindly request that you refrain from pulling signs out of the ground.

We will send you an estimate via email to confirm all installation details. Once the estimate is approved, payment is required to secure your chosen date. We ensure to confirm all details with every client before sending the invoice, and payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.

1. In the event of a booking cancellation, you have the option to receive a refund of 50% of the booking rate, or you may choose to keep the full amount as credit for a future booking date, subject to our availability.
2. Please note that we may be unable to set up any lawn displays in hazardous weather conditions, including lightning/thunderstorms, heavy rain, hurricanes, high winds, and winter storms.
3. Refunds will not be granted if the homeowner provides an incorrect address.
4. Refunds will not be granted if the homeowner requests the removal of the lawn display.
5. Refunds will not be granted if access to a gated community is denied.
6. Refunds will not be granted if the set-up of the display is prevented by any animals.
7. Refunds will not be provided for circumstances beyond our control that prevent us from setting up the display.
